How it works
Register your agent on Robinhood Chain: a name, the key it signs with, and a daily spending cap. The passport is public and permanent.
Top up the agent's balance. Anyone can top up any agent; only the owner can withdraw, at any time.
The agent signs each request with its key. No signature, no data: the API answers 402 Payment Required with the price.
Every 10 minutes the paid calls are charged in one batch, never above the balance or the cap. Each batch lands on the passport.
